We can engrave a specially commissioned trackable tag for your event or for your group at
a fraction of the cost of a specially minted coin.

Price starting at £5.99 per tag (excluding artwork and setup at £15 per initial order). Please contact us for further details.

We have had great success with these items where they have been used a a tool to help raise much need funds for none profit making organisations. Each tag can be sponsored as they travel either by an individual or a group competing against each other. You'll be amazed how far they can travel! A sort of ballon race with a difference! Plus once the sponsorship peroid is complete the can still be enjoyed as a Trackable item by the individual or group. Please contact us for further details.

Please note the following procedure for the production of Custom items:

1. We will produce the artwork for you to approve. (this artwork is included in the price of your Custom Trackable)
2. Once we have your approval all the designs are sent to Groundspeak for approval. This approval process might take up to 48 hours. (this application is included in the price of your Custom Trackable)
3. Once we receive Groundspeak approval we manufacture your Custom Trackable and dispatch your item/s directly from NE Geocaching Supplies.

Please note:

• All designs must be approved by groundspeak prior to production (you will be notified if the design is refused).
• NE Geocaching Supplies reserves the right to refuse a design if the quality of the image supplied is not clear enough to be engraved (you will be asked to clarify or improve the image if this is the case).
• We will not accept a design of a racist or defamatory nature or a design which we feel cast doubt on the integrity of either ourselves, groundspeak or any commercial company.
• NE Geocaching Supplies will not accept a copyright design unless it can be shown to be owned by the purchaser of the tags.
• Purchasers have the right to re-sell the purchased Tags
