Our tags come with a standard design on the rear and a 10cm bead chain for attaching to your favourite "travelling companion."

Please note that all tag designs are dependant on Groundspeak approval prior to manufacture. Please bear this in mind before you send an image.

Designs and or icon should be a minimum of 300dpi.

Please upload your plain photograph separately from any icon or script as this enables us to place icons and script in the best position to suit the shape of your photograph/artwork as well as the shape of your tag.

Please note the following procedure for the production of Custom items:

1. We will produce the artwork for you to approve (this artwork is included in the price of your Custom Trackable).
2. Once we have your approval all the designs are sent to Groundspeak for their approval. This approval process might take up to 48 hours (this application is included in the price of your Custom Trackable).
3. Once we receive Groundspeak approval we will manufacture your Custom Trackable and dispatch your item(s) directly.

Please note:

• All designs must be approved by Groundspeak prior to production (you will be notified if the design is refused).
• NE Geocaching Supplies reserves the right to refuse a design if the quality of the image supplied is not clear enough to be applied to the tag (you will be asked to clarify or improve the image if this is the case).
• We will not accept a design of a bigoted or defamatory nature or a design which we feel cast doubt on the integrity of either ourselves, Groundspeak or any commercial company.
• NE Geocaching Supplies will not accept a copyrighted design unless it can be shown to be owned by the purchaser of the tags.
• Purchasers have the right to re-sell the purchased tag.
