If you wish to have your Team name or your own name on your coin insert please state this in the comment box on the order form.

Your name can be displayed horizontally as shown or can be on a curve to match the upper text, again please state this on your order form (horizontal/curved).

If you do not leave a name we will produce your coin with the default (no name) design.
