These large sized 1.4m x 0.8m (4.5' x 2.6') Team flags are ideal for fibreglass poles and make your team stand out whilst on a campsite or at an outdoor event, identifying you as a Geocacher and making it easy for other people to find you.

Our Flags are made to a VERY high standard using a top quality rip stop nylon. The design is dye impregnated into the material not printed on top as other manufacturers. Our flags are the ONLY Geo flags fitted with a strengthener on the flying side before we insert the eyelets. Similar flags using the same material and solvent dye are priced at £80 retail.

Flags can be fastened with Flag bungee using the eyelets located on the seam of the flag. Flag bungees are avaliable at this LINK on our site.

Please note: In order to make the flag as weather-proof as we can we do not print onto the material BUT into the material. We try and match your colour choice as closely as we can but due to the nature of the material the colour in your flag might not appear as bold as your artwork choice. We try to reflect this in the artwork we send to you for approval.

There is a choice of design options allowing the trackable flag to be personalised with a Custom image of your choice, the Geocaching.com and or the Travel Bug logo logo and your Team name. if you choose the Trackable option you can choose between an NE Trackable Code, an EV (Event) Trackable Code or a Travel Bug Tracking number.

Please note: Your flag design might reflect any upto date changes that groundspeak make with their logo.

Flag design, set up fee and design application ARE ALL INCLUDED IN THE PRICE of your personalised flag.

Please note:

EV codes are limited to organisers of Events ONLY and we ask that you provide the Event GC Code prior to manufacturing your item so that we can confirm this.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue TB flags without TB codes.

Any custom Graphic or icon should be at least 300dpi if not 150dpi. The higher the quality of your image the clearer your flag will be. Format requirements can be found on the attached form (please click on the clipboard below to email us your graphic and your details). If your image it too large for an email we would recommend sending us a direct email (design@negeocachingsupplies.co.uk) and using we transfer (https://wetransfer.com/) to send your graphic/s over to us.

If you are having problems resizing your image or the image needs to be redrawn we will do it for you for a charge that is dependent on the amount of work that is involved.

Procedure for the production of Custom items:

1. We will produce the artwork for you to approve (this artwork is included in the price of your Custom Trackable).
2. Once we have your approval all the designs are sent to Groundspeak for approval. This approval process might take up to 48 hours (this application is included in the price of your Custom Trackable).

Design considerations:

• All designs must be approved by Groundspeak prior to production (you will be notified if the design is refused).
• NE Geocaching Supplies reserves the right to refuse a design if the quality of the image supplied is not clear enough to be applied to the flag (you will be asked to clarify or improve the image if this is the case). Your image must be a minimum of 300dpi.
• We will not accept a design of a bigoted or defamatory nature or a design which we feel cast doubt on the integrity of either ourselves, Groundspeak or any commercial company.
• NE Geocaching Supplies will not accept a copyright design unless it can be shown to be owned by the purchaser of the flags.
• Purchasers have the right to re-sell the purchased flags (this is not applicable for Travel Bug codes and or icons).

We are sorry but we are unable to print designs based on any amended Geocaching logo.

You will be purchasing a genuine Groundspeak product made under license by NE Geocaching Supplies.
